OTTAWA, March 12 /CNW Telbec/ - The Macdonald-Laurier Institute (MLI), a new Ottawa think tank, will be holding a Press Conference to present its first study, Free to Learn, which calls on the federal government to reform its funding of post secondary education for Aboriginal students.
