What if my screen is saying I have Java Script Errors?
JavaScript errors are usually reported by users of older browsers. Browsers before version 3 may experience problems. You may want to consider upgrading to a more recent version.
What should I check first before I e-mail for help?
Have you cleared your computer's Cache? (see below for instructions) and refreshed/reloaded your browser recently? Knowing how to clear your Cache solves many audio/video streaming problems.
How do I clear my cache?
Your computer's Cache stores temporarily Internet files. Cache speeds up your browser's performance, however it can cause problems when trying to access new audio/video programming. Try and learn these methods to clear your Computer's cache files:
